If you have what it takes to work with us, apply today.Position Summary:Arcadis is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee material storage, release, and quality assurance processes.Key Responsibilities:Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:Manage storage and release of materials per discipline requirements.Stage accepted items for inventory logging and maintain accurate digital records.Potentially perform spark testing, analytical testing, and pressure testing on relevant materials.Conduct visual/structural inspections and approve/reject materials based on pass/fail criteria.Organise and catalog technical documentation, code repositories, and system configurations.Utilise version control systems and database tools to ensure integrity and accessibility of technical data.SafetyProcess Adherence: Understands the Work Control Processes, safe work practices and actively pursues safety performance excellence every day.Owner/DriverSafety -Housekeeping: Ensures all project work areas are in compliance with general housekeeping standards. Fully understand the process for decontamination, disposal, handling and transportation of material and/or production equipment.Collaborator / Coordinator Safety -Interruptions to Production: Accountable for implementing the proactive process for identification and mitigation of all trigger points within each Tool's areas of work before Prefac Start on each and every tool. Mitigation will be achieved through coordinated Trade implementation of material mitigation methods.Owner/DriverSafety -Pre-task planning: Performs daily area inspections that encompasses all work in progress to confirm the areas are safe for work to continue. Stops the job whenever necessary until safe work conditions have been achieved. Includes frequent PTP audits and proactive safety coaching with team members.Quality:Understands timing of QCR and QAR inspections and supports the quality program in a manner that enable reliable delivery of the Team's committed Milestone delivery plans. Monitors quality and verifies readiness prior to QAR inspectionsIdeal CandidateBackground in warehouse operations and software.Familiarity with testing procedures and digital inventory systems.Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.Ideally 3-5 yrs experience.Education & Experience:3+ years in semiconductor or high tech related construction experience or4 year Professional degree in construction management/engineering and 8 years in semiconductor or high tech related construction experience or2 year technical degree and 5+ years in semiconductor or high tech related construction experience. Experience working through the full dev life cycle of an application, from concept to delivery.Essential Skills:Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.Proven ability to be flexible, both independently and in a team environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProven leadership and communication skillsA results-oriented individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment.Excellent English verbal and written communication skillsOther:Working hours: 39 hours, Monday to FridayLocation: This is a Site Based Role at our Client site in Leixlip, Co Kildare
