Overview
Join our high-performance team of Business Analysts, acting as a senior advisor and coordinator within Business Analysis. In this role, you will bridge business requirements with technical solution design, ensuring alignment with strategic architecture and standards. You'll work closely with solution architects and delivery partners to design and implement innovative solutions across financial systems, CRM platforms, and digital journeys.
Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate multiple phases of technical areas within projects, including solution design (high-level and low-level) and integration activities.
* Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications, ensuring adherence to architecture and security standards.
* Map end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities for technological and process improvements.
* Engage with stakeholders to validate solutions against current and future business needs, aligning with digital strategy.
* Develop solution designs, proofs of concept, and document high-level designs (HLD).
* Support risk analysis, application needs documentation, and contribute to test strategy development.
* Facilitate workshops to capture business, functional, and non-functional requirements using proven techniques.
* Provide guidance on methodologies, tools, and best practices for technical and business analysis.
* Mentor team members, fostering knowledge sharing and competency building.
Qualifications
* Relevant third level qualification or equivalent work experience
Desirable
* Management qualification or relevant years of experience
* Additional course or certification in Business Analysis
Essential skills
* Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent communication and influencing ability, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude.
* Technical proficiency in solution design, system integration, and emerging technologies.
* Experience with Salesforce configuration, REST APIs, microservices, and database technologies is a plus.
* Highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience
* Proven ability to design solutions to business problems, demonstrating creativity and innovation.
* Familiarity with ERP/CMS configuration, security concepts, and open standards.
* Experience in project control solutions for planning, scheduling, and tracking.
