Job Overview:
This role is focused on coordinating, ensuring compliance with regulations and client standards across workshops and construction sites. The successful candidate will support the implementation and maintenance of Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality systems in line with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and other relevant accreditations.
The role involves assisting site teams with safety documentation including RAMS permits toolbox talks inductions accident incident near miss hazard reporting systems corrective action tracking health safety training certification records refresher training requirements monitoring PPE issuance records compliance supporting investigations following incidents assistive corrective actions environmental tasks waste segregation spill prevention chemical storage energy use maintaining environmental registers permits waste documentation promoting environmental awareness quality management system supported audits procedures forms internal external audit close non-conformances training competency qualification matrices supplier approval processes compliance documentation project qa qc records itps handover files organized hseq performance kpis continuous improvement initiatives strong attention to detail organizational skills good understanding health safety requirements engineering environments confident communicator engaging site teams supervisors management proficient microsoft office digital document control ability work independently prioritize effectively qualifications experience relevant health environment quality related discipline previous hseq administrative support roles construction engineering experience advantageous
