Enable Ireland provides services to over 13,000 children and adults with disabilities and their families from 43 locations in 14 counties. Covering childhood to adulthood our expert teams work with the individual and their family on a plan for each life stage. Our services for children and their families cover all aspects of a child's physical, educational, and social development from early infancy through adolescence. For adults we offer a range of services covering personal development, independence and daily living skills.
We are seeking a highly motivated Administration Support Grade III to join our team in Ballina/Swinford, Co. Mayo. This is a 12 months fixed term contract, 35 hours per week (1.0 WTE).

Contract Hours: 35 hours per week (1.0 WTE)
Salary Scale: €26,606 to €42,805 pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to Long Service Increments. This pay scale is subject to increases in 2025 in accordance with the WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations.
Annual Leave Entitlement: 30 days pro rata per annum and proportionately less for less than 12 months service.
Overview of the Post
The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the Children’s Disability Network Team for North Mayo as outlined in the principle duties and responsibilities below.
Responsibilities
* Reception experience essential - greeting service users, answering telephone, responding to queries.
* Experience working as part of an Interdisciplinary Team
* Experience in file management (manual and electronic)
* Experience managing telephone enquiries
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Experience of minute-taking
* Experience compiling statistics
* Planning and Managing Resources – ability to plan and organise own workload effectively and methodically
* Problem Solving & Decision Making – strong analytical and numeracy skills, including the ability to analyse data to inform decisions
* Communication & Interpersonal Skills – ability to present information clearly and concisely, strong written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders; treats others with dignity and respect
* Experience using CDNTIMS, NiSRP and IFMS systems
Qualifications / Requirements
* Demonstrated reception and administrative experience
* Experience working within health, disability or multidisciplinary settings is desirable
* Strong organisational, numeracy and data handling skills
* Proficiency in using office software and relevant information systems
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
