We are currently seeking a Store Associate to join our team. This role is a full-time, permanent position and will be based in office.
This is a new role due to continued growth in our business. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience or a positive attitude with a willingness to grow into the role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate supply of parts to meet customer and in-house service demands. They will also be expected to maintain accuracy in supply times, parts issuance, and invoicing.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Stores Operator or Goods In/Out role. Background in farming, agricultural or garden machinery is desirable but not necessary.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring timely and accurate supply of parts to meet customer and in-house service demands
* Maintaining accuracy in supply times, parts issuance, and invoicing
* Maintaining the professional appearance of the parts department
* Handling phone and email inquiries and following through to complete the sale
* Completing and filing all administrative paperwork clearly and in-line with parts procedures
* Receiving and booking in parts as needed
Requirements include:
* Previous experience in a Stores Operator or Goods In/Out role
* Background in farming, agricultural or garden machinery is desirable but not necessary
* High standard of work with strong attention to detail and strong communication skills
* The ability to understand parts and give advice to customers
* Proficient in IT
