We are partnering with a global Electrical Engineering consultancy, hiring multiple Senior Electrical Engineers, responsible for leading engineering projects across the EMEA region (in Data Centre, High Tech, or Commercial Sectors), ensuring excellence in design processes and technical execution. This role requires a proactive, experienced professional with strong technical, financial, and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and review technical designs to ensure project alignment.
* Drive cost efficiencies and enhance project functionality.
* Foster collaboration between mechanical and electrical teams.
* Lead a high-performing team, ensuring quality assurance and timely delivery.
* Manage costs, resources, and outsourcing where necessary.
* Interpret contracts and ensure compliance.
* Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
* Support business development and stakeholder engagement.
* Oversee large-scale project delivery and team performance.
* Promote innovation and best practices in engineering.
What you need:
* 10+ years in electrical engineering, particularly in data centres, industrial/high-tech, or commercial sectors.
* 3+ years in people management, leading multidisciplinary teams.
* 3+ years in project management, overseeing electrical and mechanical projects.
* Education & Accreditation: Honours degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Chartered status is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
* Strategic mindset with a drive for innovation and technology adoption.
* Financial acumen for budget and cost management.
* Client relationship and business development experience.
