We are expanding our team at Glow Up Marketing and are seeking a skilled and creative Paid Ads strategist.
We are a global marketing agency that specialises in helping salons and clinics to grow their social media presence and attract new clients. We work with a variety of salons and clinics across Ireland and Australia.
The ideal candidate must have experience, with strong knowledge of the social media landscape. If you are a highly energetic, organised, team player - this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage and optimise Google, Meta & TikTok Ad campaigns for multiple clients, including performance reporting.
* Create and implement strategies for lead generation and e-commerce campaigns to maximise return on ad spend.
* Support paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok by assisting with setup, optimisation, and reporting.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure clear communication of campaign results and updates to clients.
* Work with our web development team to optimise landing pages and boost client conversion rates.
* Analyse campaign data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvements.
* Staying on top of trends across multiple social platforms to build into clients’ strategies to ensure continuous growth across client accounts.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Qualification in social media / digital marketing
* Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role managing Facebook, Instagram or Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients.
* Candidates must be based and living in Ireland due to team meetings
* Strong knowledge and interest in the social media landscape
* In-depth knowledge of campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting
* Strong ability to use data for decision-making, including expertise in conversion tracking, bid strategies, and A/B testing

* You’ve got great attention to detail - making sure errors aren’t repeated and feedback is taken on board and acted on
This role is not for you if:
* You need hand-holding to get things done - we like to champion independence over micro-managing here!
* You have less than 2 years experience in social media or have never managed multiple accounts competently on your own.
* You work better when getting things done at the last minute - we’re all about organisation and time management.
