About this role:
This position plays a key part in driving our Custody business forward, focusing on Transaction Management and Clearing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring alignment across projects, facilitating information flow between teams and delivering results.
Key responsibilities
* T+1 implementation globally with focus on Clearing: Ensure alignment across T+1 and FMI driven projects.
* Facilitate ongoing engagement with cluster, local product and sales teams to support seamless information flow and coordinated delivery of T+1 initiatives.
* AI-powered solutions & Data-Driven Innovation: Champion product differentiation by actively leveraging advanced data analytics throughout the trade lifecycle.
* Client Experience & Value Delivery: Oversee the delivery of superior client experience through compelling communication strategies to secure Citi's leadership position in Custody.
* Market Change Management & Influence: Lead market change initiatives through proactive advocacy directly representing clients' interests to Financial Market Infrastructures (FMIs) Regulators.
