We are currently recruiting for a receptionist to join our growing team in the centre of Naas to support the Financial Business and ensure the smooth running of the day to day operations of a busy office.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and will have the opportunity to learn and develop their skills
Previous experience within a similar role is desirable.
The candidate:
The individual will need to self-motivated, have a good work ethic, be flexible in terms of assigned tasks and be able to work both independently and as part of the team.

Role Responsibilities:
* Working in an extremely fast paced office environment
* Printing, filing and scanning of documents,
* Greeting and welcoming clients
* Booking appointments & managing diaries
* Organising files
* Liaising with life and investment companies
* Meeting deadlines
* Assist in maintaining CRM Database of existing and new clients
Role Requirements:
* 3 years of experience in similar role
* A willingness to learn, highly professional and attention to details is a must.
* Excellent time management & organisational skills
* Excellent Attention to detail absolute must
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Demonstrate initiative and self motivated
* Ability to work within a deadline

* Must have worked in a similar role
* Administration: 3 years
