We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead all business development activities for our properties.
This is a proactive position that requires a driven and sales-focused individual with previous experience within the Irish hotel industry, preferably in a busy 4-star property.
About the Role The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing the overall sales and business development strategy for our properties.
They will also need to develop brand and sales strategies, identify new markets, analyze and report on these activities, provide leadership to their team on selling techniques, monitor results, and adjust activities accordingly.
In addition, they will work closely with senior management to manage hotel bookings and availability to ensure maximum revenue opportunities are achieved.
