Job Description
The Global Security & Safety Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Security Manager and regional security operations management team in implementing global security initiatives across multiple locations.
What You'll Do:
Support the Regional Security Operations Managers in day to day security operations and strategic initiatives across the global portfolio
Assist the Global Security Operations Manager with various projects including Crisis Management, Event Risk Assessment, and Security Audits
Support the development and implementation of comprehensive security team training programs for security officers and SOC operatives, and the maintenance of accurate training records
Coordinate and align SOC operations across three regional Security Operations Centers (Ireland, USA, and India)
Support vendor management activities, develop and maintain consistent and globally aligned KPIs for multiple security providers across all locations
Monitor and report on security metrics and key performance indicators
Participate in security investigations and incident response, providing high quality reports as needed
Contribute to the development and implementation of security policies and procedures, and support annual documentation reviews
Assist in conducting comprehensive security risk assessments and site surveys on existing and potential office locations across the global portfolio
Support emergency response and business continuity planning, participating in crisis management tabletop exercises
What you Bring:
A minimum of 3 years experience in corporate physical security, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position preferred
A bachelor’s degree in Security Management, or related field
A preferred professional certification (CPP, APP, CSMP)
Experience in multi-site SOC operations
Strong understanding of physical security systems (access control & CCTV)
Experience with security technology and systems integration
An ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects / priorities
Experience in crisis management and emergency response procedures
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
