Job Description
We are looking for someone to join our growing stores/parts department. The ideal candidates should be comfortable working with the public on a day to day basis.
Role
* Ensure the speedy parts supply appropriate to the demand of the customer or in-house service department
* Ensure Supply times, parts issue and invoicing is correct
* Ensure that the appearance of the parts department contributes to the reputation of Nunan Farm Machinery at all times.
* Accept telephone enquiries and e-mails in a timely manner –follow through to sale
* All administration paperwork should be clear and filed according to parts procedures
* Book in parts where necessary
* The ideal candidate would have experience in a similar role or someone who would be enthusiastic and have the right attitude would grow into the role.
Requirements
* High standard of work with strong attention to detail
* Computer literacy
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work well as part of a team.
* The ability to understand the parts and give advice to customers.
* An interest in agriculture and garden machinery applications.
