An exciting opportunity to collaborate with our Merchandising and Buying leadership teams in shaping the future of retail. As an Assistant Merchandiser, you will have ownership of your own sections and contribute to delivering our unique brand of retail.
About the Role
You will develop critical communication techniques on the job and work alongside your Merchandiser to develop and manage trend-led ranges that surprise and delight our customers. This role requires a skilled communicator with experience managing stakeholders cross functionally, as well as being strategically minded with proficient numerical abilities.

Key Responsibilities
Delivering Commercial and Profitable Range Plans:
1. Plan and deliver commercial and profitable range plans
2. Identify and manage trading risks and advise the team
Building Strategic Ranges:
1. Build commercial and strategic ranges considering regional differences
2. Balance newness, colour, price, and product attributes relevant to season and grades
Working in Partnership:
1. Work in partnership with buying teams to ensure delivery of day-to-day activities
2. Manage tools and reports to meet strategic goals
Coaching and Development:
1. Coach and develop trainee merchandisers
2. Guide them on daily activities and reporting
Innovating and Improving:
1. Seek to promote innovation and use insights to identify future trends
2. Make recommendations based on data analysis
