The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front of house areas and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities : Responsible for setting up for events such as banquets, conferences, and weddings.
Greet and assist guests as needed Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures and carry out fire and security checks Provide room and lobby service as needed Maintain a clean and organized front of house area, including the lobby, and dining areas Perform other duties as assigned by the management Requirements: Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills Experience in the hotel industry in a guest relations/ guest services role Fluent English, both written and spoken Work independently and use their own initiative Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and nights.
