Sales Development Representative – German Speaking Location: Dublin 4, Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day home) Are you a fluent German speaker looking to launch or grow your career in tech sales within the data and AI space?
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to join a high-performance, collaborative SDR team based in Dublin.
Our client is a fast-growing data and AI company that helps organisations turn messy, scattered raw data into clean, reliable insights that power dashboards, reporting, and AI models.
The Role As a Sales Development Representative, you will focus on generating pipeline across the DACH market, combining both inbound and outbound activity and handing over well-qualified opportunities to the sales team.
You'll work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to build and execute outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels, setting quality meetings and contributing directly to revenue growth.
The role is based in Dublin 4, working mostly from a modern tech office, in a young, energetic but mature team that values collaboration, feedback, and learning from each other.
In this role, you will: Qualify inbound leads from growth and enterprise customers and book meetings for Account Executives.
Plan and execute outbound prospecting campaigns into target accounts in the DACH region.
Learn to speak confidently about modern data, analytics, and AI concepts, becoming familiar with tools like SQL and the platform.
Work closely with a team of SDRs, in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
What We're Looking For This role is ideal for motivated early-career sales professionals who are hungry to learn tech sales.
You are a great fit if you: Are a fluent (C2) German speaker and confident communicating in English.
Have 1+ years of experience in sales, SDR, business development, or a commercial/consulting role; strong internship experience also considered.
Are highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a high-performance environment.
Have a genuine interest in technology, data, and AI and are keen to develop in tech sales (inbound and outbound).
Are organised, efficient, and able to manage a high volume of activity while keeping your inbox under control.
Communicate clearly and enjoy working closely with teammates and cross-functional partners.
You'll stand out if you have: Experience or strong interest in analytics, data, BI, ETL, or open-source software.
A background in AI, data, engineering, business, or consulting.
Overall, attitude, potential, and values fit are more important than long experience.
You'll also enjoy a modern tech office environment in Dublin 4, hybrid working, structured onboarding and training.
