Key Responsibilities Answering Telephones: Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
Client Interaction: Greet and assist clients who visit our office, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and handling post collection and delivery.
Typing: Carry out some general typing tasks as needed.

Document Preparation: Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
File Management: Organize and maintain client files, both physical and electronic.
