What You’ll Do:
1. Lead and develop a high-performing catering team
2. Oversee daily operations of our 220-seat restaurant and multiple coffee docks on campus, ensuring top-tier quality and service
3. Develop and manage a wide-ranging hospitality & event service throughout the campus, from customer engagement to high-level delivery
4. Manage budgets and financial performance
5. Identify and drive business growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in catering or hospitality management
* Astute commercial awareness and effective decision-making to manage efficiencies
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Knowledge of food safety, H&S, and compliance regulations
* Passion for delivering high-quality service
