## Wholesale Solutions ManagerDublin, Ireland## **Role Overview:**As a Wholesale Solutions Architect, you will: Own end to end technical design for MVNO partners across Vodafone Ireland Act as the trusted technical authority for new and existing wholesale relationships Translate complex network and IT capabilities into scalable, commercial solutions Lead virtual, cross functional teams from concept through delivery Play a visible role in winning, onboarding and growing new wholesale business## **Role Purpose:**You are the technical authority for Vodafone Ireland's wholesale and MVNO solutions.
You design and deliver end to end architectures that enable partners to grow on Vodafone's network, while ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and aligned to Vodafone's long term technology strategy.
You work at the intersection of business, IT and core network domains — influencing decisions, simplifying complexity, and ensuring solutions are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
## **Essence of the Role – Key Accountabilities:**Lead end to end solution design for new and enhanced wholesale products and capabilities Act as a key decision maker and design authority within agreed governance Assess business and operational impacts of technology designs and guide stakeholders accordingly Coordinate programmes of work across Vodafone and partner organisations Build strong relationships with internal teams and third party vendors to ensure efficient, cost effective deliveryArchitecture & Design Design end to end MVNO solutions across IT and Core Network domains Own solution integrity from concept through to live service Ensure designs align with Vodafone architectural principles and technology roadmapsPartner Engagement Work directly with MVNO and MVNE partners as a trusted technical advisor Translate partner requirements into viable, cost effective Vodafone solutions Provide consultancy on new technologies and their enablement within MVNO architecturesDelivery & Governance Lead virtual, cross functional teams across Business and Technology functions Manage dependencies, risks and trade offs, escalating where appropriate Minimise technical debt across the MVNE estate wherever possibleGrowth & Innovation Support new wholesale opportunities and product evolution Influence Vodafone roadmaps based on partner, market and regulatory needs Provide technical input to support Vodafone Wholesale's growth strategy## **We're looking for you if you have:**Essential experience: Proven experience designing end to end solutions across IT and Core Network environments Experience leading solution design for small to medium initiatives, or as part of larger programmes Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non technical stakeholders Broad understanding of network technology roadmaps, wholesale billing and service enablement Proven ability to influence across organisational and company boundariesDesirable – or excited to develop: Degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline Strong background working with MVNO and/or wholesale partner models Strong integration and SOA experience, with knowledge of CRM, Order Management and ERP Understanding of industry architecture standards Experience supporting MVNO device behaviour across 2G/4G/5G, including VoLTE/IMS and eSIM Familiarity with Tier 1 operator environments and large scale partner ecosystemsWhen you join the Vodafone Team, you will have the chance to grow your career while also experiencing some serious benefits!
