We are seeking a seasoned workforce transformation professional to join our leadership team. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and achieve organisational objectives.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can lead on complex projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver value to clients.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, utilising a combination of experience, industry knowledge, tools and technology to solve complex challenges.
* Build the business aligned to overall organisational and service line targets by identifying opportunities, capitalising on stakeholder relationships, and building the sales pipeline.
* Lead out on projects ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables, delivering value to our clients and managing project and service line commercials.
* Develop subject matter expertise on workforce transformation topics through research and experience to bring leading market insights to the clients.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Relevant experience in consulting or a fast-paced, dynamic HR team.
* Experience in HR/workforce transformation projects such as workforce strategy, workforce design, strategic workforce planning, job and career architecture, leadership, learning, talent strategies, skills, and HR projects.
* Demonstrate significant experience in successful business development initiatives, relationship management, and strategic planning to drive growth and achieve organisational objectives.
* Exceptional communication and people skills, ability to engage with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels in an organisation.
