Senior Manager/Director - Risk Consulting (Program Risk & Recovery)

We're seeking an experienced professional to join a dynamic, diverse team in Risk Consulting, specializing in Program Risk & Recovery. This is a unique opportunity to help large-scale transformation programmes navigate risk and ensure success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide project and programme assessments for transformation projects.
- Build and nurture client relationships, understand their needs, and deliver tailored risk management solutions.
- Lead and support presentations and proposals for complex projects.
- Deliver high-quality work and ensure the consistent success of client engagements.
- Contribute to thought leadership and innovative commercial insights.
- Drive quality and risk management initiatives across engagements.
Internal Responsibilities:
- Assist in account management activities such as recruitment and financial oversight.
- Help generate new business opportunities through internal and external relationships.
- Support the development of high-performing teams through coaching and mentoring.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and contribute to team and people development initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 15-20+ years' experience in project risk or programme delivery.
- Proven track record in large-scale transformation projects.
- Expertise in managing complex stakeholder programmes and understanding project governance.
- Professional qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are a plus.
