Relief Chef Opportunity with Flexible Working Hours
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience as a senior chef or chef de partie in the hospitality sector. The successful applicant will be working across various locations throughout Ireland, including hotels, hospitals, restaurants and contract catering units. As a relief chef you will work on an immediate start basis to cover absences and short notice shifts.
Responsibilities:
* Possess a passion for food preparation and cooking
* Cook meals according to customer needs
bspresent HACCP documentation correctly if required by head chefs
Able to cook at varying levels of skill from basic commis dishes up to high-level banquet cooking when operating under pressure .,
,leading presentations exceptionally well within companies ,possess valid passport travelling unrestricted within ireland,great interpersonal skills communicating ideas face-to-face treating people without prejudice always,'a good team player building around them gaining new experiences during every shift they undertake'.
