**Job Role: Quality Assurance Specialist**


The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular site inspections to ensure that all works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and building regulations.


Key Responsibilities:



* Carry out regular site inspections and monitor workmanship standards to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.

* Support full BCAR compliance across projects by maintaining quality assurance documentation, inspection checklists, snag logs, and compliance records.

* Maintain effective communication with Site Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors to ensure clear understanding of quality requirements.

* Report on quality performance and identify areas for improvement within the project team.


The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a quality role on a residential construction site. They should possess a strong understanding of Irish Building Regulations and residential construction processes.
