We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to join our team. As a senior operational management professional, you will be responsible for leading and developing operational excellence and best business practice across our service portfolio.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and motivational skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will also have a proven track record of operating at a strategic level, building strong client relationships and value-based management.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency;
* Overseeing day-to-day operations of role portfolio;
* Collaborating with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans;
* Reviewing current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement;
* Building and maintaining relationships with all department heads, external partners and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
Qualified candidates will hold a relevant Business Degree or equivalent experience and have a proven track record of success in a similar role.
