Job Overview:
This role is responsible for the successful delivery of engineering projects within a specified timeframe, budget, and in accordance with project and business safety and quality objectives.
* Scope new engineering projects and secure necessary resources.
* Lead commissioning and qualification activities for current and future projects.
* Update and influence management and project stakeholders.
* Coordinate participation of specialist trades and departments.
* Coordinate project interfaces with other projects and departments.
* Coordinate project documentation.
* Estimate costs and create project schedules.
* Track project progress and manage risks.
* Conduct constructability and maintainability studies.
* Manage project resources and check system conditions.
* Organize project meetings and provide training.
* Complete projects according to organizational change management procedures.
* Review project performance and implement lessons learned.
* Third-level qualification in Engineering, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Science.
* Desirable qualifications include experience in delivering engineering projects within a regulated environment, project management, and Microsoft Office skills.

Leadership Responsibilities:
* Report directly to the Principal Project Delivery Engineer/Engineering Manager.
* Facilitate continuous improvement and open communication.
* Lead investigations and cross-functional project teams.
Environmental, Health & Safety Considerations:
* Compliance with EHS Policy, Safety Statement, associated EHS Procedures, local legislation, and site EHS Manual.
* Take reasonable care to protect own and colleagues' safety.
* Use PPE and safety equipment as required.
* Report incidents, accidents, and near-miss events.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure safe accomplishment of job activities.
2. Carry out routine and non-routine tasks delegated by the manager.
3. Comply with corporate and regulatory requirements.
4. Prioritize and schedule activities to support business needs.
5. Ensure personal training requirements are completed.
6. Support ongoing studies and external site visits.
7. Interface with all site departments, operations, maintenance, facilities, quality, MSAT, commissioning/qualification, and training.
