Aramark is currently seeking a retail assistant to join our successful team.
Job Responsibilities
* Responsible for food preparation and service in line with HACCP/Food Hygiene policies, ensuring high standards of Food Safety and Hygiene.
* Ability to multitask, handle multiple roles, and use initiative; maintain good organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Willing to work on tills, coffee stations, food service counters, or floor as needed; be welcoming and helpful to customers.
* Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
* Prepare and serve food and beverages, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
* Follow infection control and HACCP policies; ensure accurate record-keeping.
* Know and follow fire, disaster, and injury reporting policies.
* Adhere to manual handling procedures when lifting or moving items.
* Comply with all Aramark and hospital policies and procedures.
* Observe confidentiality policies.
* Perform other duties as assigned by your line manager to ensure smooth department operations.
Qualifications
* Experience in retail or relevant roles.
* Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
* Hard-working and flexible.
* Dedicated to delivering a great customer experience.
