Job Description:
A seasoned engineering professional is required to spearhead projects for high-volume medical device production at a global healthcare company in Kilkenny.
Reporting directly to management, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex engineering projects from initiation through to completion. You will lead and manage cross-functional teams, foster collaboration and drive innovation to achieve business objectives.
* Develop and implement project plans aligned with organizational goals
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, vendors, and internal departments
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers to enhance their skills and capabilities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
This role requires an individual with a level 8 Engineering Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in automation processes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
