You will be responsible for the growth strategy, focusing on marketing, and developing the sales function as well. That will include managing external suppliers to ensure they are delivering best in class service, ensuring the quality and consistency of the leads engine, ensuring branding is strong and aligned. You will have responsibility for the performance of the sales team, ensuring training, coaching, delivery and motivation remain high. You will be able to perform both as a strategic and an operational leader.
You will have an impressive track record of development in your own career, having surpassed career norms by achieving success from early in your career. You will have a solid track record of no less than 10 years in Marketing and Sales, and have progressed into a leadership position. A third level Marketing or Business or similar commercially focused degree is essential.
