Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, motivate and support the team to ensure targets are met and exceeded
2. Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to team members, ensuring high standards of customer service
3. Assist in daily store operations, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and store layout
4. Act as a point of contact for customers, resolving any issues or complaints with professionalism and efficiency
5. Support in staff recruitment, training, and performance management
6. Drive sales initiatives, promotions, and in-store activities to maximize business performance
7. Help maintain a positive, energetic, and collaborative team environment
8. Ensure store compliance with health, safety, and company policies
Requirements:
1. Previous retail experience, with some leadership or supervisory experience ideally in a FMCG/Big Box retail setting
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team
3. A proactive, positive attitude and ability to take ownership of tasks
4. Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for retail
5. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
7. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
