Bid/ Marketing Co-ordinator
A North County Dublin-based main contractor seeks a Bid and Marketing Co-ordinator with experience in the construction sector in Ireland.

Responsibilities:
Provide support to the Estimating team for post-tender documentation, including project certificates, references, and photography.
Prepare post-completion reports for pre-qualification submissions, ensuring cross-functional teamwork.
Maintain and update internal systems for departmental alignment and efficiency.
Manage digital platforms and social media content, promoting consistent brand messaging across marketing channels.
Participate in meetings with the Estimating/Business Development Director, and prepare reports for board meetings.
Qualifications:
Degree in Construction, Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
2+ years' experience with public works pre-qualification submissions via eTender systems.
Skilled in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and ideally InDesign; experience in digital marketing (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media).
Strong communication and organizational skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
Compensation:
Salary: €50k – €60k DOE
