AI Delivery Manager Dublin | Hybrid | Competitive Package, Base + Bonus We are partnering with a highly established, technology-led organisation that operates complex, mission-critical data and advanced analytics platforms for large enterprises.
Following a period of significant growth, new product launches and an expanding programme portfolio, they are now appointing a senior leader to take ownership of end-to-end delivery across multiple high-impact initiatives.
This is a hands-on, senior operating role with responsibility for ensuring complex programmes land successfully in environments where data, technology and business change intersect.
The Role You will take accountability for: End-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent, complex technology and data programmes.
Mobilisation, resourcing, governance, risk management and executive-level reporting.
Acting as the senior escalation point when delivery, timelines, quality or stakeholder confidence are at risk.
Working closely with architecture, engineering, product and commercial stakeholders to translate roadmap and pipeline into executable delivery plans.
Establishing delivery frameworks and operating cadence that work in environments with high technical uncertainty and evolving requirements.
Planning and estimation where data quality, system readiness and solution feasibility are not fully known upfront.
Portfolio-level prioritisation, capacity planning and dependency management across 20-30+ specialists.
Building a high-performance delivery culture that balances pace, quality and sustainability.
What We Are Looking For This role requires someone who has already operated at senior delivery or portfolio leadership level in complex, data-intensive technology environments, and who can demonstrate: Ownership of multiple large-scale programmes in parallel, not single-project delivery.
Experience leading highly technical teams (data engineering, platform engineering, advanced analytics, applied AI, etc.).
Proven ability to deliver where solutions are iterative, experimental and discovery-led rather than fully defined upfront.
Strong commercial and operational judgement, including capacity planning, prioritisation and delivery risk management.
The credibility to partner with senior technical leaders and challenge constructively.
A track record of building delivery structure without slowing innovation.
