Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Auditorium Equipment Specialist to provide expert technical support for Audio-Visual systems in a corporate environment.
* This is a challenging role requiring strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing AV technical support in a corporate setting and possess excellent knowledge of AV technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment from top brands such as Cisco, Bose, and Crestron.
* Ensure seamless operations of meeting rooms, conference rooms, and event spaces.
* Collaborate with vendors to source and procure AV solutions that meet client needs.
* Develop and deliver training programs to end-users on effective use of AV systems.
* Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored support to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
* Be available for out-of-hours work where required to support events and meetings.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in providing AV technical support in a corporate environment.
* Excellent knowledge of AV technologies, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
