We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Payroll Customer Support Manager to lead our payroll support team across diverse regions.
* The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with extensive experience managing multi-country payroll, deep understanding of international compliance, and passion for process excellence.
* Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement in a high-performing team of regional payroll specialists and leads.
* Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all countries within specified regions, ensuring flawless execution and timely delivery every cycle.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
* Develop robust payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls to support global growth.
Essential Qualifications
* 8-10 years of progressive experience in international payroll, focusing on multi-country operations.
* 5 years of direct people management experience, leading and developing payroll teams.
* Demonstrated experience managing payroll operations across numerous countries in APAC and EMEA regions.
* Strong understanding of payroll accounting, internal controls, and global compliance principles.
* Proven experience in managing third-party payroll vendors.
* Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Experience working with major HRIS and payroll platforms.
Preferred Skills
* Deep expertise in complex jurisdictions with highly structured payroll systems.
* Experience in fast-paced, high-growth technology or multinational corporations.
* Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPP, CPP) are highly regarded.
