F&B Supervisor-Different locations in Ireland
Job Responsibilities:
* Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage department
* Ensure all customer service standards and procedures are followed
* Train and develop staff members to deliver high-quality service
* Manage and organize staff schedules and shifts
* Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering and stocking of supplies
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the F&B area
* Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
* Assist in menu planning, pricing, and promotions
Essential Qualifications:
* No specific educational qualification required
* Prior experience in a supervisory role in the Food and Beverage industry
* Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lead and motivate a team
* Good organizational and time management skills
* Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Flexibility to work in shifts and handle fast-paced environments
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Desired Experience:
Maximum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the Food and Beverage industry.
Salary Package:
* 15,00-16,00€/hour + TIPs
