We are seeking a highly experienced leader to join our team as an Engineering Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-year strategy, building a scalable and reliable platform, upholding engineering standards, and recruiting and developing engineers.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing teams that shipped high-quality products, strong strategic and product thinking, with the ability to set and execute on a multi-year vision to deliver quantifiable business impact.
