* Maintaining knowledge of current deli sales and promotions
* Assisting customers with queries regarding the deli products
Operational & Store Presentation responsibilities include:
* Maintaining the Deli area and equipment to the required level of Hygiene
* Receiving and checking stock in line with company guidelines
* Rotating stock appropriately minimising waste
* Conducting stock takes as instructed by the assistant store manager/store manager
Food Service responsibilities include:
* Checking temperatures in the deli area
* Maintaining HACCP records in line with store policies
* Monitoring Critical Control Points
