Package on offer
On Target Earnings = €50,000+ with Uncapped, Unlimited, Commission Structure
Required Experience & Competencies:
1. Track record of delivering against targets, in a sales or comparably demanding environment
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create trust through effective listening to verbal and non-verbal cues and responding appropriately to individual customers
3. Accountability for performance and personal ownership of corrective measures
4. Belief in the importance of the customer and willingness to meet and exceed customer expectations
5. Strong analysis and judgement skills to prioritise and focus on best opportunities
6. Work on own initiative and continually looking for ways to improve sales performance
7. Previous field sales/door-to-door or customer-facing sales experience
8. Ability to deliver results consistently

12. Full clean driver's license desirable but not essential
