Quality Assurance Executive Permanent (Fulltime 39 hours per week) Key Responsibilities Drive QQI process implementation and maintenance across new and existing programmes Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis and market research to inform curriculum development Establish and manage robust feedback collection systems to enhance student experience Collaborate with faculty to optimize course quality and learning outcomes Implement and monitor data protection protocols in compliance with GDPR Develop and maintain internal monitoring systems for quality assurance Support module development and accreditation processes Assist with programme documentation for psychology and education programmes, including learner handbooks, module descriptors, and assessment-related materials Analyze student engagement metrics and feedback to drive improvements Prepare detailed reports on quality assurance initiatives and outcomes Required Qualifications & Skills Recent Graduate within last 3 years Strong understanding of QQI frameworks and quality assurance processes in education Strong understanding of PSI accreditation processes Experience with data analysis and reporting Knowledge of GDPR and data protection requirements Excellent project management and organizational abilities Strong analytical and research skills Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone with an postgraduate degree (minimum Level 9) in Psychology, Education, or a closely related discipline, who combines attention to detail with strategic thinking, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
