Job Title: Senior / Sous Chef - Cork City Hospital
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing high-volume kitchen environments, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining the highest standards of food quality.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen management, including menu planning, inventory control, staff supervision, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
You will work closely with the Executive Chef to co-ordinate roster scheduling, labour costs, and assists with recruitment, as well as overseeing staff productivity and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* 3+ years' experience in a similar role in a large-volume production and service kitchen
* Proven ability to manage and motivate teams
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with HACCP and food safety regulations
* Aptitude for maintaining accurate records and reports
