Job Title: Postdoctoral Researcher
This is a 2-year full-time postdoctoral researcher role that aims to develop evidence to enable General Practitioners (GPs) in Ireland develop an extended role in the management of adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
About this position
* The successful candidate will lead on the research deliverables under the supervision of a Principal Investigator and supported by an interdisciplinary team of researchers, clinicians, and lived experience partners.
* In partnership with the Irish College of GPs, we aim to deliver a systematic review, Delphi consensus process, and curriculum development for continuing professional education for GPs.
* Assistants will be expected to achieve progression within their career as per our Research Career Development Framework. This can also impact starting pay for future positions. A fixed term contract or PD scheme completion may affect eligibility for similar roles at other Higher Education Institutes.
Jurisdiction Specific Information
The grant funding allows us support individual contribution financially thru salary only with compensation not disclosed publicly. The existing data shows it contributes significantly towards meeting one’s own needs since all benefits, training & insurance covered internally via group plans so employees do have freedom choosing themselves partly allowing them determine which ones are worth more but must go through internal application procedures if interested ,
