Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst
. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven recommendations to support decision-making across the organization. This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting in-depth analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data, and helping to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business needs are understood and translated into actionable solutions that drive efficiency, effectiveness, and business growth.

* Proficiency in
data analysis tools

Microsoft Excel

* Experience with
business process mapping
and process improvement methodologies such as

* Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to evaluate workflows, systems, and performance metrics
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels and effectively manage business requirements
* Ability to facilitate requirements gathering
sessions, including interviews, workshops, and surveys, to collect business needs and expectations
* Experience in creating detailed
business requirement documents (BRDs)

* Ability to work with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications
* Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues, gaps, and inefficiencies within business processes
* Experience with project management tools

* Bachelor's degree in
