About your New Employer:
Our client is a part of the entertainment industry located in South Dublin. They are looking for a full-time HR Manager who will be brought in on an 18-month Fixed Term contract, starting ASAP.
This role would start fully onsite during the probationary period and then will transition into a hybrid working model (with flexibility to work onsite as needed).
About Your New Role:
* Provide guidance to employees and managers in the application of HR policies and practices
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle from building job specifications, interviewing, scheduling, coaching hiring managers etc.
* Organise the onboarding process ensuring a smooth induction process
* Manage employee relations cases and provide advice to managers for disciplinary matters as needed.
* Assist with performance evaluations and employee engagement initiatives
* Proactively review and make updates to HR policies and procedures in response to legislative or organisational changes
* Ensure compliance with GDPR standards
* Gather and monitor data across all facets of HR including absence, headcount, attrition and recruitment
* Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll input
* Support employee engagement, wellness and diversity and inclusion initiatives
* Ensure all HR documentation and files are current and compliant with legal standards
What Skills You Need:
* 4+ years' experience in an HR management role
* Undergraduate degree in a related discipline
* CIPD qualification / membership is desired
* Knowledge of HR policies and practices
* Working knowledge of Irish employment legislation
* Strong attention to detail
