Electrical Construction Package Project Manager Role
This pivotal role plays a crucial part in the safe delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects. You will be responsible for leading electrical balance-of-plant (e Bo P) work package delivery, managing multidisciplinary teams and contractors to meet scope, programme, budget, and quality requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* An engineering or construction qualification/degree or equivalent experience in delivering HV and LV systems.
* A proven track record of leading and safely delivering projects through their whole lifecycle, inclusive of managing costs, schedules, and quality in major infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
You will also require knowledge of health & safety legislation, NEC/FIDIC contracts, programmes, and risk management. Excellent leadership skills are essential as well as strong communication abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.
