(Technical Lead) - Senior Platform Engineer

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Team lead experience in Platform Engineering to join our management team supporting development projects across BearingPoint. You will grow your experience in Platform Engineering and gain exposure to DevOps practices and Continuous Software Delivery using technologies such as PowerShell, Azure DevOps, Jenkins and Azure.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team responsible for ensuring teams are empowered by self‑service Platforms to carry out software development activities
* Lead a team responsible for creating, maintaining and improving CI/CD frameworks as part of the development platforms from medium to enterprise scale
* Collaborate with Software Development, QA Engineers and System Architect to continuously improve the efficiency and reliability of overall SDLC
* Work to continually identify and remove software development bottlenecks
* Support multiple project teams and codebases to enable the deployment of application releases to control test and production environments
Qualifications
* Minimum of 7 years' experience, including 2 years as a Team lead
* Technology background, preferably with Platform engineering or DevOps experience
* Preferably professional experience working with .NET or Microsoft technology stack
* Debugging and troubleshooting knowledge and experience
* Experience using GitFlow or knowledge of branching methodologies
* Passion for innovation and creative problem solving and intellectual curiosity
* Strong communication skills (including fluent English). Consulting experience would be advantageous
* 3rd level degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
