Our Client, a leading technology company is looking an Advertising Account Coordinator to join for a 5 month contract based in Dublin.The Role The main responsibility for the Advertising Account Coordinator is to manage and optimize client accounts on day-to-day basis. Processing invoices and creating payments to the suppliers and business partners in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed to with the vendors; Processing and resolving discrepancies between purchase order and invoice amount, building relationships with customers, providing quality control and maintenance on multiple campaigns, serving as frontline support to advertisersCommunicating campaign status, generating ad hoc reports to sales team, scheduling ad campaigns on an ad management system. This Media Specialist position is an advertising sales & service position for the mid-tier business segment. The position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients for ongoing sales and service opportunities and is accountable for helping them to be set up for success with their advertising (paid search) campaigns on the companys platforms and network. Key Responsibilities: Work with clients on programs including: initial setup of their online advertising campaign(s), service on analysis of their performance; educating them in the processes for future self-management; up-sell and cross-sell of additional advertising opportunities. Keyword research and ad copy creative for newer clients; Data conversion/transfer for clients advertising on other platforms; Optimize keyword, manage bids, and improve creative; Deliver on industry-leading SLAs for campaign management activities. Have a deep understanding of client ROI/CPA goals, web site architecture, product / service update schedules, marketing philosophy, demographics, etc. Work with internal teams to up-sell client base on keyword expands, targeting attributes, improved titles and descriptions, additional match types and enhanced bidding strategy Engage directly with clients to receive, test, and implement advertiser creative Investigate and resolve delivery/performance issues and advise management as to revenue risk Drive resolution of escalated client technical issues Ensure quality by enforcing standard policies and procedures Understand how each digital marketing product will assist the account in reaching their marketing goals Knowledge and understanding of all internal systems to respond to general and specialized client requests; including billing inquiries, click activity inquiries, bidding requests, relevancy issues, display performance reporting etc.
