Roles and Responsibilities:
* Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
* Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures as required.
* Adapt to project demands by working flexibly to meet deadlines.
* Adhere to Health & Safety Environmental standards, working safely at all times.
* Interpret written and verbal instructions to maintain high work standards.
* Operate both hand-controlled tools and computer-controlled machinery.
* Possess a solid understanding of pipefitting, mechanical fitting, and working with coded welders.
Essential Criteria:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally within the industrial sector.
* Familiarity with access equipment and its safe usage when required.
* Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
* Proven experience in building maintenance.
* A solid understanding of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and its proper use.
