OverviewTalent Acquisition Leader, EMEALocation: Open to all Vertiv hub locations within EMEA, with regular travel across EMEA sites. Hybrid/Remote/On-site - Onsite.Reporting to: VP HR, EMEA. People leadership: Manage a team of ~20.What You’ll DoServe as a Talent Acquisition Leader and leadership TA business partner for EMEA Business Units & Manufacturing OperationsDevelop, implement, and execute and lead recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs for country market units and manufacturing locations in the regionManage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for niche and high-volume positionsManage large-scale hiring campaigns for services engineers, technicians, sales, corporate functions, manufacturing roles, including plant and factory positions, and implement strategies for attracting and retaining top talent in high-demand environmentsCollaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand recruitment needs and deliver effective solutionsOccasional travel to other countries for recruitment activities, including attending job fairs, conducting on-site interviews, and meeting with business leaders to understand recruitment requirements in factory hiring and align effortsLead and manage the recruitment team responsible for hiring across multiple locationsMonitor and report on key recruitment metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiencyProvide guidance and support to the recruitment team and vendor partners and contractors, including performance management and developmentEnsure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in the recruitment processManage a talent acquisition team of less than 10 located across EMEAMust‑have RequirementsMinimum of 10 years of recruitment experience with a focus on manufacturing, technical services, engineering, sales, volume hiring, and recruiting for niche rolesStrong recruiting experience across multiple EMEA countries, with ability to manage campaigns across multiple countriesExperience with manufacturing and hourly hiring at scaleProven data-driven strategy, partnering and decision-making ability relevant to TA team capacity, talent trends, TA resource and sourcing channels performanceCan-do attitude and passion for talent acquisition, strong leadership, directly leading a TA team of not less than 10Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders including executive level reportingSolid understanding of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (Oracle), and other HR softwareKnowledge of local talent acquisition practices across EMEA countries and applicable labor laws related to recruitmentExperience collaborating with and managing performance of external TA Partners including vendors, RPOs and contractorsWilling to perform occasional business travel mostly within the EMEA regionWillingness to embrace Vertiv’s core principles and behaviors to help execute strategic prioritiesDesirableStrong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma / Kaizen or equivalent process-improvement methods and ability to apply that mindset to improve hiring flow, speed, and predictabilityExperience improving end-to-end recruiting workflows through metrics, root cause analysis, and operational cadenceCore Principles, Priorities & BehaviorsOur Core Principals: Safety, Integrity, Respect, Teamwork, Diversity & Inclusion.Our Strategic Priorities: Customer Focus, Operational Excellence, High-Performance Culture, Innovation, Financial Strength.Our Behaviors: Own It, Act With Urgency, Foster a Customer-First Mindset, Think Big and Execute, Lead by Example, Drive Continuous Improvement, Learn and Seek Out Development, Transparent & Open Communication.EEO StatementVertiv is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
