About the PositionWe are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team in Dublin. This role will be key to ensuring that our quality and service standards continue to make a difference in our guests' experience.Principle AccountabilitiesTo promote a helpful and professional image to the client and give the full co-operation to any customer requiring assistance, with a prompt caring and helpful attitude.To train employees to the standards of the hotel.To strive to anticipate client needs whenever possible to enhance quality service and in turn enhance client satisfaction.To give full co-operation to any colleague requiring assistance in a prompt, caring, helpful manner and to be flexible in assisting around the hotel in response to business and client.To assist management in maintaining regular and effective communication within the team and attend hotel meetings when required.To assist in creating an environment which promotes staff morale and encourages employees to have a pride in the area and their skills ensuring maximum, efficiency.To address development needs identified from appraisal with management and to maximise use of areas of strength.
