In this senior position, you will drive independent assurance across our technology and cyber control environment, working across multiple business areas and geographies.You will have the opportunity to shape our audit agenda, influence senior stakeholders, and help build a best-in-class technology audit function at a pivotal moment for the industry.ResponsibilitiesTaking ownership of technology and cyber audits from planning through to reporting, ensuring robust, evidence-based conclusions are communicated effectively to senior management.Playing an active role in shaping the annual audit plan, making sure coverage reflects the most significant technology and cyber risks across the business.Challenging the first and second lines on the strength of their control environments, pushing for meaningful improvements to governance, policy and risk management practices.Mentoring and developing junior members of the audit team, supporting their growth through day-to-day coaching and structured performance conversations.QualificationsAt least 5 years working in financial services or internal audit with a strong technology or cyber risk focus.Hands-on experience across one or more lines of defence, with a clear understanding of how technology risk is managed and governed in a regulated institution.Practical knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as DORA and PSD2, and familiarity with standards including NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT and ITIL.A track record of engaging credibly with senior stakeholders, with the ability to translate complex technical findings into clear business language.A relevant third-level qualification; CISA or equivalent certification is a strong advantage.
