Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to join our Dublin-based team. This role is critical in ensuring our clients derive maximum value from their partnership with us. Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
* Monitor client engagement and usage, offering support and solutions to maximize their return on investment.
* Collaborate with the sales, marketing, product, and editorial teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
* Gather client feedback and share insights with internal teams to help improve products and services.
* Provide training, support, and troubleshooting to clients via phone, email, and video calls.
* Assist in planning and executing client-facing events, workshops, and presentations.
* Prepare client performance reports and support renewal processes.
Required Skills & Experience
* 1–3 years of experience in a customer success, account management, or client-facing role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Highly organized with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
* Comfortable using CRM tools and digital platforms.
* Ability to interpret data and use insights to drive client satisfaction and retention.
* Proactive and adaptable, with a team-oriented mindset.
