I am working closely with my client who is looking to recruit a HR Officer for their site in Tullamore, Co. Offaly.
This is a permanent job with hybrid working and company benefits.
Key duties & responsibilities:
1. Manage employee disciplinaries & grievances investigations
2. Oversee recruitment, interviews, Induction & onboarding of new employees
3. Performance management
4. HR metrics and reporting
5. Conduct HR audits
6. Assist in staff training processes
7. Assist in implementing HR programmes & employee wellbeing, communications & projects
8. Full clean Irish Driving License – travel required for interviews/meetings
What are we looking for?
1. 3rd level Qualification in HR
2. CIPD qualified or working towards
3. At least 3 years experience working as a HR Officer
4. Must have knowledge of Irish Labour Laws - essential
5. Experience with HR systems i.e. performance management
6. Proficient with Microsoft Office packages & IT systems
7. Ability to work in fast-paced environment
8. FULL CLEAN IRISH DRIVING LICENSE & own transport - ESSENTIAL
